Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
I’m getting an error when trying to place my order. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the page and attempting checkout again. Make sure your billing address matches the one registered with your payment method. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@umawater.com and we’ll help you complete your order.
How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, you will see a field labelled “Discount code”. Enter your code and click “Apply” to see the discount reflected in your order total before completing payment.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please email hello@umawater.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the order.

How do I install the UMA Water purifier?
Installation takes under 2 minutes with no tools required. Remove your existing faucet aerator (use the included key if needed), choose the correct adapter from the 6 included options, and screw on the UMA purifier. The quick-start card inside the box has step-by-step illustrations.
Will it fit my faucet?
UMA Water fits 99% of standard faucets with an external thread between 19.5 mm and 23.5 mm. The 6 included adapters cover the most common types worldwide. If you are unsure, measure the outer diameter of your faucet tip before ordering.
What exactly does the filter remove?
Our multi-stage composite filter removes up to 99% of chlorine, rust, sediment, heavy metals, bacteria, and common tap water impurities. The result is water that is safer, cleaner, and noticeably better in taste and smell.
Does it work with hot water?
UMA Water is designed for cold and lukewarm water between 5°C and 50°C (41°F–122°F). Using it with boiling water is not recommended as high temperatures reduce filter effectiveness.
How long does each filter last?
Each cartridge filters up to 1,000 litres — roughly 6 months in hard-water areas and up to 12 months with soft water. Your box includes 2 cartridges, enough for your first year.
How do I know when to replace the filter?
Watch for a noticeably reduced flow rate or a change in water taste. Replace the cartridge every 6 months or after 1,000 litres of use, whichever comes first.
How do I replace the cartridge?
Use the included replacement key to unscrew the filter housing, remove the spent cartridge, insert the new one, and reassemble. The whole process takes under a minute. Replacement cartridges are available in our store.
Is the filtered water safe to drink directly?
Yes. UMA Water is designed specifically for drinking water applications and significantly improves both the safety and taste of standard tap water.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days for Germany and the United Kingdom, 7–11 business days for Italy and Spain, and 8–11 business days for the United States. On rare occasions international shipments may take up to 3–4 weeks. All orders are fully tracked.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, and the United States. We are expanding to more countries — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we reach yours.
My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
First, check with neighbours or other household members in case it was left with them, and look around your property for a safe drop location. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at hello@umawater.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Filter cartridges that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For full details see our Returns & Refunds page.
