Order Fulfillment

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Free shipping on orders of 2 or more units (orders €160+). Standard shipping applies to single-unit orders and is displayed at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, and the United States. We are actively working to expand to additional countries — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when your country is added.

On very rare occasions, international shipping may take up to 3–4 weeks. We are not responsible for delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.

Taxes & Import Duties

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable import duties, taxes, and VAT are covered by us and included in your order total. You will never face unexpected charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. All shipments include full tracking.

Package Safety & Liability

All shipped orders are handed over to the carrier and tracked throughout transit. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact us at hello@umawater.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@umawater.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct it. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect the package and it remains your responsibility to retrieve it from the original address.
