30-day returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@umawater.com with your order number.

Damages & Product Issues

Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrived defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email hello@umawater.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • Filter cartridges that have been opened or installed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return

  1. Email hello@umawater.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with return authorisation and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable method. We recommend keeping a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  4. Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it

Exchange Policy

We are happy to process exchanges. To qualify:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for your exchange to be processed after we receive the item
  • Once accepted, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us confirming receipt of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Your Legal Rights

In addition to our returns policy, consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom benefit from a legal guarantee of at least 2 years under EU Directive 2019/771 and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those statutory rights.
