Email: hello@umawater.com

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€). Payment is required in full at checkout. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all import duties and taxes are covered by us. You will never be charged extra on delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

4. Right to Cancel (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and at no cost — this is your legal right as a consumer in the EU and UK.

To cancel, simply email us at hello@umawater.com with your order number. Return the item unused in its original packaging and we will refund you in full within 7 business days of receiving it back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Filter cartridges that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. 2-Year Product Guarantee

All our products come with a legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery. If your product has a defect or does not work as described, contact us and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you — at no cost to you.

7. Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@umawater.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, including return shipping.

8. Questions or Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at hello@umawater.com — we will always do our best to resolve it. If we cannot reach an agreement, you have the right to contact your national consumer protection authority.
